Biography

Gina Diakonov teaches clinical service learning to third and fourth year dental students. She is the co-director of the Community Based Dental Education Program. Additional responsibilities include organizing community based programs and organizing Detroit Mercy’s participation in Men’s Health Event and community health fairs. Her interests focus on dental public health and tobacco cessation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene and a Master of Health Service Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy.
