Biography

Prof. Toopchi teaches pediatric dentistry to dental students, dental hygiene students and accelerated students. Prof. Toopchi holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Tehran Azad University and a certificate in pediatric dentistry from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She joined the university in 2018.

Research Activity

Prof. Toopchi is a principal investigator in three ongoing research projects about ankyloglossis, pediatric oral hygiene, and local anesthetics. Her most recent publication is about sedation in pediatric dentistry. Her current interests in research focus on pediatric dentistry, dental material, and orthodontics.
