Biography
Prof. Chitre teaches Dental Anatomy and Operative Dentistry. She actively participates in research related to Cariology, Preventive Dentistry. She has presented many posters and oral presentations in the national and international meetings in her area of interest. She holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Bharati Vidyapeeth's Dental and Medical College Pune, Maharashtra, India, Registered Dental Hygiene degree from Oakland Community College, Master of Science in Operative and Preventive Dentistry from Indiana University, Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Detroit Mercy. She is Fellow and active member of Academy of General Dentistry. Prof. Chitre joined the university in 2009.
